Podemos usar 'must' para expresar que algo es lógicamente necesario o que suponemos que es cierto. El negativo es
"cannot" o "can't" (no must not)
· Craig must have a drinking problem. He’s always in the pub!
· She can’t be married to him. He’s such a pig!
· If they’re not answering the phone, they must be in bed. They can’t be out at this time of night!
Práctimente no existe diferencia entre el
'may' y el 'might' en el sentido de 'posibilidad'. Con los dos sugerimos que algo es posible. Los negativos son
'may not' y 'might not'.
· We may see you on Saturday.
· I might not be able to go to the party. I’m very busy at work.
· We may go to Austria on holiday next year.
