- Se utiliza en general para cualquier lugar donde se imparta
enseñanza. |
- Significa "universidad",
"facultad".
- Una "university" puede englobar a un conjunto de "colleges"
(como por ejemplo Oxford o Cambridge). |
- Significa "instituto",
"escuela universitaria". También significa "colegio" y se aplica
a instituciones de estudios no primarios (como por ejemplo a
colegios universitarios) o a escuelas profesionales o
facultades.
Ejemplo de colleges son el "College of Arts and Science" o "King’s
College London School of Medicine". |
