Práctica de 'Listening'

Bienvenido a la sección de 'listening' de La Mansión del Inglés.

Las actividades que se encuentran en esta sección de nuestra página web están diseñadas para mejorar tu habilidad para entender la lengua Inglesa, usando una selección de grabaciones con preguntas de comprensión con dos niveles de dificultad distintos y las transcripciones de los mismos.

Instrucciones

1. Elige una tema.
2. lee las preguntas de comprensión.
3. Escucha el texto una vez.
4. Escribe tus respuestas.
5. Escucha otra vez (o más veces).
6. Comprueba tus respuestas.
7. Lee las transcripciones para aclarar lo que oyes.

No es necesario tener exactamente las mismas respuestas, pero tienen que ser similares. Por ejemplo, si una respuesta es 'there are two bedrooms', y has escrito 'the house has two bedrooms', o 'two bedrooms' o solo '2', la respuesta es correcta porque has entendido el significado general del texto. 

Hay dos niveles de preguntas de comprensión. El segundo grupo de preguntas es de un nivel superior un poco más difícil que el primero. Si tienes un nivel de Inglés más alto que 'el Curso de Aprendizaje' de La Mansión del inglés, quizás prefieras sólo contestar el segundo grupo de preguntas.

Listening Practice 

Welcome to the listening comprehension section of Mansión Inglés. The activities in this part of our web page are designed to improve your listening skills and oral comprehension using a varied selection of listening texts, comprehension questions (at two levels) and tape scripts. 


Instructions

1. Choose a topic.
2. Read the comprehension questions.
3. Listen to the text once.
4. Write the answers.
5. Listen again if necessary (or as many times as you need to).
6. Check your answers.
7. Read the tape script to help you understand what you hear.


It isn't necessary to have exactly the same answers, but the answers should be similar. For example, if the answer to a question is 'There are two bedrooms', and you've written, 'The house has two bedrooms', or 'two bedrooms' or '2', your answer is correct because you have understood the general meaning (the 'gist') of the listening.

The comprehension questions are at two levels. The second group of questions is a little more difficult than the first. If your level of English is higher than the basic course in the 'Nuevo Curso de Aprendizaje' section of Mansion Inglés, you may like to ignore the first group of questions and only answer the second group.
