En el diálogo, will aparece cuando se habla de predicciones, decisiones en el momento u opiniones sobre el futuro:

Predicción con condición: If you keep studying, your English will be much more fluent.
Decisión en el momento: If you move to Ireland, I’ll definitely come to visit you.

Construcciones mixtas muy naturales
El diálogo combina ambas formas, lo cual es muy realista:

Plan decidido: I’m going to travel with a friend from work.

Opinión / predicción: I’m sure you will find something.

Recomendación práctica
Para hispanohablantes, una regla funcional:

Usa I’m going to… cuando ya tienes el plan más o menos decidido.
Usa I’ll… cuando decides algo sobre la marcha, haces una promesa o das tu opinión sobre el futuro (I think I’ll…, I’ll probably…).
