Thank you very much for your invitation to give a presentation on the Friday15th March.

Would it be possible to give the presentation in the morning? I have another appointment in the afternoon which would be difficult to cancel.

I believe I can give an excellent presentation on internet marketing. I have spoken on this subject many times/quite often recently, and I have received very enthusiastic feedback from other companies.

In your last letter you mention a fee of $200 for a two-hour session. This seems rather low and I wonder if you could reconsider your offer.

As far as equipment is concerned, I will require a computer with internet connection or WiFi to which I intend to connect my laptop. I assume that there is the facility to project onto a large screen.

Finally, could you please forward me some information on the people who will be attending the presentation?
