En la preparación de una reunión en un
país anglosajón previamente se ha convocado (to call, to convene)
a los participantes (participants) entre los que se distribuye
(circulate) el orden del día de la reunión (the
agenda). Se designa a uno de los participantes o bien una persona
auxiliar como una secretaria (secretary) para redactar el acta
(take the minutes). Se discuten los distintos asuntos
(items, points) del orden del día con los que se puede estar de
acuerdo (to agree) o no (to disagree). Tras tatar como
último punto los asuntos varios (AOB, any other business) se
decide el lugar y fecha de la siguiente reunión (next meeting) y se levanta la sesión.
